Ya Ali Madad Everyone,

FRI is pleased to present “Healthcare Talent Connect” - a hiring event that is tailored to the job seeker and is looking for employment as a Personal Support Worker (PSW) and Home Support Worker(HSW).

This event is a collaboration between Accenture, Jumpstart Refugee Talent, World Education Services, and the Future Ready Initiative - Ismaili Council for Canada.

The event is open to the ENTIRE Jamat across all jurisdictions. Selected candidates must be:

Permanent Residents, refugee claimants or Convention Refugees, or individuals with non-refugee forced displacement experience (Iranian Special Measures etc.)
Be eligible to work in Canada

If selected, candidates will have the opportunity to:

Participate in on-the-spot interviews with hiring employers
Attend a pre-event interview preparation session
Access additional support and resources on-site (i.e. LinkedIn headshots)

The event will take place in Toronto (Don Mills area) on Thursday, May 21st, 2026, between 9am-5pm. The location will be disclosed to selected applicants closer to the date of the event.
