I am hosting a hiring event this week, it was a very last-minute request, and I want to make it a great success for our clients and for the employer.

 

Sharing details with you, can you please circulate with your people, appreciate the support and hoping we can help as many clients as possible get hired.

Paragon is looking to hire 100+ security guards for events throughout the city in support of the World Cup next month. For these positions, the candidates must possess a valid Ontario Security Guard License, and it is a bonus if they meet the employers ask below.

 

When recommending the event, kindly inform your clients to please register using the link or the QR code in the flyer - I will only be reaching out to registrants from the list.

Please Note - registration will close on tomorrow Tuesday, June 2nd @ 4pm.  Only selected candidates will be invited to the event and will receive the location details.

 

Employer Expectations: 

 

• The only mandatory requirement - must have - Ontario Security Guard licence

 

Would be a Bonus if the candidate:

1. Resides in the City of Toronto
2. Has a Smart Serve
3. Has an open availability to work from June 12 until July 2

 

As per my communication with the Employer / Senior Manager:  The positions will be supporting the Canada Soccer House events hosted at Harbourfront Centre, and additionally many more events relating to the World Cup at various client locations in Toronto. Although the positions are temporary in nature, Paragon is hoping to retain as many hires as they can after the conclusion of the World Cup /FIFA and will do their best to transition as many as candidates as they can into full-time roles.
