Is the heart the gateway to the mind or is it the other way around?
Dylan Hesselberg
The heart is silence. The mind is noise. The heart knows. The mind asks. Mind circles. Heart surrenders.
To reach Truth, begin in the heart. Let feeling melt thought. Let stillness teach wisdom.
The heart opens the gate. The mind merely walks through.
How do I reduce the anxiety I get from my thoughts?
Anxiety comes from believing every thought is true. But a thought is just a movement in the mind. It is not a command. It is not reality.
You do not need to stop your thoughts. You only need to stop following them. Watch them instead. Like clouds passing.
When a fearful thought appears, don’t argue with it. Don’t fix it. Don’t chase it. Just notice: “thinking is happening.”
Then return to what is Here. Your breath. Your body. This moment.
Anxiety fades when attention comes back to the present. The mind creates storms. Awareness is the sky.
