Did you know that the Canada Pension Plan (CPP) death benefit can help offset some of the expenses associated with death? ❤️

If you have made enough contributions to the CPP or Quebec Pension Plan, your estate or other eligible individuals may receive $2,500 to help with expenses after you pass away.   

If you pass away before you collect a CPP pension and you don’t have a survivor, your estate or other eligible individuals may receive up to an additional $2,500.
