Continuing my love affair with migraine scale, I built this little gem during our horrible winter. It's an old Revell kit that I bought in Slovenia in 2003 (?), and it's squatted in my 'to do' box/pile/mountain for two decades. Painted it up with Tamiya acrylics and weathered with Abteilung oils. I showed it to a friend who used to fly them and she tried to steal the model, so I guess it turned out alright.

That is outstanding! The weathering and paintwork is incredible. Makes you think it's much larger than 1/144. Great results from a scale I'm now dabbling in more and more in these days. I find it challenging and enjoyable at the same time. Thanks for sharing and thanks for the inspiration to build more??

Beautiful work! I completed the same model last year (not to your standard, unfortunately) so I can confirm that the kit is a little gem with excellent detailing. Definitely recommended for anyone working in 1/144!

Thanks for the accolades, everyone! I was quite impressed with Revell's offerings in 1/144 compared to most others. I usually have to scratchbuild ejection seats and other cockpit components (hence the migraines). Now I have a resin 3D printer, so I can get things done a little easier, but this model didn't need any of that.
