Thanks so much for sending the logo.  By the way, can we move the presentation to the following Wednesday, Nov 14th?  This is due to limited time to advertise this event.  Also, can you give me a bit more information/details on exactly what the topic is that you plan to present on?

I won't be able to myself -- I was in a car accident last Friday (I'm okay though) and am dealing with that; and will be for a few weeks.  Can anyone else step in and take the lead?

I can take over the email correspondence. However: I can't make it on the 14th. Are the other people who wanted to present (IIRC, Leala, Martin, maybe Bobby? Rima wanted to but couldn't on the 7th?) available on that date? Or do we want to ask if she can suggest a later date? I'll reply to Stefanie by the end of the day tomorrow, so please let me know what you guys think as soon as you can.

Also, either way, I think we should meet this weekend to plan (and I can still help plan the workshop). Looks like everyone who responded to the doodle except Bobby can meet on Saturday at 11, so I'm going to suggest we do that at Awaken Cafe in Oakland (corner of 15 and Broadway).

From email, it sounds like no one is going to be available on short notice - I'm going to email Stefi and tell her we need to step back, regroup, and figure this out. I'll talk to her about time frames, but I think "let's push this to a TBD time in December or January" is the likely result.

I can be available for the 14th presentation... We only need maybe 3 people to show up in the meeting this weekend to organize, and then go to Ohlone. Let's do it.

So, here's the deal.

We're not doing the 14th; just didn't have enough people who could
make it. I talked with Stefanie about postponing, and we decided that
we'll do it on either 2/13 or 2/20 of 2013. If anyone has a
preference for one of those, let me know ASAP.
