Options about election for new chair of the DYUSA Bay Area chapter

Is there any option about election for new chair of the DYUSA bay area chapter?

Do it required to have make nomination and vote for someone?

If I want to become new chair for 2013 - 2015, do it require for all member to make nomination and vote for me if there none of these would volunteer to be nominee for new chair.

However, we have think about this, that's why we ask you to have general meeting, set up camp and election this summer. 

Without, who will be new chair for bay area chapter and how will we keep this chapter to fight for different issue?
