Good Evening,

I want to give you a highlight for Sunday.

Doors will open at 4:30, as we are slated to start at 5:00 followed by a brief social, then movie at 5:30-5:45. approx.
1.5 hr.

The program is designed to encourage community accountability.  To open up dialogue about the nature
of sexual violence. I can even foresee discussions about the characterization itself.

I think it would be ideal to have both DYUSA and Deafhope to give a brief introduction of what people
should reflect on as they watch the movie.  This way we can guide the audience into thinking about
how things have changed  or in some respects, remained the same.  At the movie's conclusion
give a detailed presentation of how we can make a difference.  Tips, advice etc.

This would be a great time too to have a sign up sheet, flyers to your event, incentives etc.

We will have student volunteers working. yaaay!  Our aim is to offer opportunities for students to
get more hands on experience.  Give the lots and lots of encouragement.

We will be selling food, so please tell people to come hungry.  Just like at the real theater, most
of our funds raised will probably come from the snack bar. :-D, although we are hoping for generous
donations at the door.

Invite, invite invite.
Thank you for all that you do.  You are the greatest!

Any questions, please feel free to email or text me 510 468-1015
