When I use a yahoo openid with the library, the call to
relyingParty.discover(request); in the handle function of the
OpenIdServletFilter hangs forever.

I get warnings in my log saying

org.apache.commons.httpclient.HttpMethodBase processResponseHeaders
[java] WARNING: Cookie rejected: "$Version=0; IU=deleted;
$Path=/; $Domain=.yahoo.com". Domain attribute ".yahoo.com" violates
RFC 2109: host minus domain may not contain any dots

The identifier used is no longer http://yahoo.com but changed to
https://me.yahoo.com
See http://groups.google.com/group/dyuproject/browse_thread/thread/13c4024c2ec8c5b6

Since users will be used to http://yahoo.com, that could still be
mapped via identifier_select.properties.
See demos/openidservlet/src/main/resources.

Cheers
