The loss has occurred on competitive listings but also on listings where we are the only seller and also on listings where we are brand exclusive. The buy box has either become suppressed on listings where we were the only seller or the buy box is given to a higher priced competitor on listings with multiple sellers.

Hi.I am experiencing difficulties in getting my utility bill accepted for account re-activation.Both my account and utility bill are under my company's name and address.After being declined the first time, I had a telephone call with seller support who told me my utility bill has to cover the previous 3 months, which it did not.Subsequently I had another call where they informed me that this was not the issue and instead I had a SLIGHTLY different address on my bill to the one on my seller central account (the house number read 124-128 instead of 124), so I changed this on my account to match the bill EXACTLY.After being declined again, I was informed on another call that the issue had now changed and the team had identified my bill as being "fraudulent and or manipulated" which it is not.I have no other bill I can use, and frankly I just don't understand why or how they are now claiming the bill to be fake?Please help!


I have established my company to sell on the UK marketplace and have sent all the required information to Amazon. However, it has been 16 days and my account has still not been activated. How much longer will this verification process take? I have submitted everything correctly. Please review my submission.


Its clear Amazon's returns system is done via robots and not humans. I sold some gold clubs, brand new (have invoice), they were sold on FBA, returned a week later to Amazon, Amazon automatically list it back up on Amazon, selling them again as 'New', made a sale, I then get negative review because customers receives these 'New' golf clubs however the box is a absolute mess and its clear that the clubs have been used.


I have not got the clubs back at my warehouse, these are not sellable anymore, clubs have clearly been used, the box is ripped apart and tapped back together. Now this is a 400 loss which no company wants, and this is all because of Amazon return policy and how customer favoured it is. They should of never been allowed to return it the first time after the box is clearly damaged and the clubs have been used.


Last week, we lost all the featured offers for all of our listings for a whole week. Our featured offer percentage went down from 30% to 0% overnight with absolutely no explanation. We made case after case and even emailed the director of Amazon in the UK. No response. Can't get any help from seller support as I cant get past the AI System that that operates the customer service. Tried contacting the admins on here but It's just so hard to get any support. For the whole week I had to make so much noise to try and get things sorted out. Eventually it was as if someone flicked a switch and all the featured offers came back.. for three days.. Now it looks like they're all gone again. I cant keep going on like this. It's so detrimental. My stress levels are through the roof. Im shaking whilst writing this. I need answers but can't find any. Im really struggling mentally because of this problem.


I currently have two buyers who are purchasing the same item from me, around 10/20 orders a day, a few days later, I'm getting 10/20 refunds from the same buyers. Is there any way I can get report/ban a buyer from purchasing from me? Its clear they are just purchasing to either use and abuse Amazon refund policy, or trying to distract and hinder business.


My query is, has anybody opened a second selling account on Amazon after selling through their first one for a while? And also, has anyone been in this situation or know the protocol when we are trying to sell out stock to get over to the new company?
