Greetings! Hope you are having a great spring quarter!! 

We cordially invite you to a special talk in May - a talk on "Reverse Engineering Stress
" with our veteran Yogi, Author and Spiritual Life Coach, Vaisesika Dasa. Some of you have heard his talks before and very much appreciated its practical and applicative nature. 


In this talk the speaker will talk about how if we process our worry & stress (at regular intervals) in the right way it can also become a great stimuli for internal growth, heightened awareness & perspective leading to Inner peace and satisfaction. Join us for a deep dive into ancient Yoga wisdom from the Bhagavad Gita & Learn how to peel back the many layers of concerns that lead to stress to find peace, happiness & positive personal transformation.

AbstractLife in today’s world is getting increasingly complex. Work pressures, family pressures, social pressures, the pressures of our own body and mind, etc there are so many aspects competing for our energy, time & attention. When not managed properly these pressures can lead to worry and stress. It's a fact that excessive worry & stress can have very negative effects on the body and the Mind.

But if we take time, step back and process our worry & stress (at regular intervals) in the right way it can also become a great stimuli for internal growth, heightened awareness & perspective. Join us for a deep dive into ancient Yoga wisdom from the Bhagavad Gita & Learn how to peel back the many layers of concerns that lead to stress to find peace of mind & positive personal transformation.

Speaker's BIOVaisesika Dasa is a veteran yogi, author, and an international life coach who travels worldwide sharing the practical wisdom assimilated over four decades of his continual practice of yoga and meditation.
