Hi,

From my observation, Dynodroid can perform much faster if the emulator
is running an x86 image instead of emulating ARM. It seems most of the
apps incompatible with x86 image are games using native libraries, for
which Dynodroid would not handle very well anyway.

Do you have a working Android emulation image for x86? If not, is it
possible to build our own x86 emulation image?

Regards,
Lee Kee

Yes, it is possible and once you have Android Sources buildable for x86, you should be able to build x86 emulation image quite easily.

Please refer the section 'Modifying Android Sources' in the user guide: http://pag-www.gtisc.gatech.edu/dynodroid/user_guide.pdf

It has all the details on how to modify android sources and what are the modifications (from file m3_android_sources_diff.patch ) etc.

Cheers,
Aravind
