First of all - cool basis for a watch!
Second, I know nothing about programming.
Third, would it be possible to create a visually simulated
chronometre
watch face: a watch with various watch faces such as hours/minutes/
seconds
on three main hands, then on separate smaller watch faces, seconds,
10th of seconds, 100th of seconds?
For an example of the analogue type of watch or similar along the
lines of a see the Monaco watch face in the link.

Yes, this would be very much possible and very probably one of the
things you could do "out of the box" with the final firmware. I'm just
not sure if the hardware will allow for 100 updates per second.

It will be definitely possible to create the watch face you have
described. You can have more then one watch face installed and switch
between them any time you want.
