Watch housing/case

You mention that you are working on the first batch of TCH1 housings
(later on, these will be customizable). Their design will actually
allow you to choose which way you want to wear them - whether you
prefer 2 buttons on the right and 3 on the left or vice-versa - they
can be rotated 180 degrees because - apart from buttons - they are
symmetrical.

My questions:

1. Will the watch case be metal or plastic?
2. What about water proofing?

The first batch of the TCH1 (for developers) will have the case (hand)
made of plastic (delrin). We will use Roland MDX-40 (http://
www.rolanddg.com/product/3d/3d/mdx-40a/index.html) to produce the
first batch of cases.
