Replace all icon classes?

Was wondering if it's possible to replace all the icon classes? I want to use an icon-font, like Icomoon.

Goal is to hide/remove all the default icon images, and add classes to the spans for Icomoon so it uses the vector icons.

I meant to say every icon, not all. Don't want all icons to have the same class haha. Thanks
