Deploying DynaSim to a MATLAB Packaged App Issue

Hi, 

I'm a new user to DynaSim and working on a project designing an app interface for a specialized project using DynaSim. I've tried packaging it as a deployable app within the MATLAB app designer space and I'm encountering issues with it not recognizing the generated files created when the user provides their simulation parameters. 

I've spoken with the MATLAB Support staff and they have told me that a packaged app needs all its files pre-generated for it to work as a standalone desktop app. 

Is there a way to get around this issue?
