Is there something describing all biases ? In chapter 5 https://ai-ctx.com/support/ in the manual one can find a table with an overview of all biases, but only some are explained in text.

Hi,
Last time I checked the biases coincided with the mathematical descriptions here

Let's wait for dev's confirmation.

That is indeed correct. We are working on writing up a much more comprehensive biasing guide. Until that is ready you can find more information on the I&F neuron here: https://www.frontiersin.org/articles/10.3389/fnins.2015.00141/full#B7 and on the DPI synapse here: https://www.mitpressjournals.org/doi/abs/10.1162/neco.2007.19.10.2581?url_ver=Z39.88-2003&rfr_id=ori%3Arid%3Acrossref.org&rfr_dat=cr_pub%3Dpubmed

Thanks,

with the circuits/ equations I could figure out all but
- IF_BUF_P from the neuron parameters
- R2R_P from the synapse parameters

These two biases are just for controlling some parameters for the membrane capacitor monitoring outputs. They do not affect the operation of the neurons and should be left at the default value.
