How could I know where bb comes from?

I can use drmgr_register_bb_instrumentation_event to get bb event,but i want to know where is the bb block call from?

  • tag is a unique identifier for the basic block fragment. Use dr_fragment_app_pc() to translate it to an application address.

you might need instrument the code to record which bb is last executed. Then you can know which bb lead to current bb.
