Sorry I missed this meeting; had not been checking the google group. My son is currently enrolled in private school. Our space was DONATED to us -- we only had to pay for the tenant improvements. This could be a potential scenario as well if we can locate a strip mall owner with excess capacity as the school would promote the growth of the rest of the mall. I'm happy to discuss this scenario further and can put the group in touch with a broker to represent a search for such a space.
