We are happy to announce the 2020.1 edition of Open Dylan. As promised, this version makes the LLVM back-end the default, significantly improving the performance of compiled code. This release is "batteries-included," packaged with compatible versions of LLVM/Clang, LLVM libunwind, and the Boehm Demers Weiser garbage collector, making installation simpler. 64-bit Arm processors are now supported (and we hope to have RISC-V support by the end of the year). The testworks unit testing framework is significantly improved.

Have fun!
