           We got Ashish ji link from LA Nagar Deepak ji,   Ashish Sharma ji is a devotee of Lord Ganesha and has been drawing his images every day for over 2 decades. You can visit her site http://www.alphabetganesh.com/index.html. 

            She is very much interested to setup booth at our Event. This is her First Book release in LA. Her sister is in Sunnyvale. 

             She is willing to provide few of her Painting to be used as Decoration ( Alankaran team can decide where to use them).

Deepak ji placed her into Non-profit org in order to help her work. I too agreed for this.

              Her painting exhibition at Sanata Dharma temple in LA is ending on Sep 10th, she is thinking about logistics to bring her works to Bay Area by Sep 14th.

Thank you for taking a booth at the event. The cost of the booth is $151. To assist you in the promotion of your book we will include a one-page article of your book and the great work you are doing. We would also like to have your paintings in an exhibition style or on the stages. The following people will be in touch with you.

 

Suresh Lohiya ji. He is the coordinator for the booths.

Hemal Bhatt ji. She will work with you to include your article in the magazine.

Jyothi Prayaga ji. She is our Decoration Coordinator and can work with you regarding the Ganesha Paintings.

 

Please find attached the Registration Form. I will be grateful if you can please return it by 8/10 with a check for a $151 payable to HSS. Or you can attend our Participating Organization Meeting on 8/10 from 2 to 4pm at the Sanatan Dharm Temple. 

 

SYNOPSIS OF THE EVENT

2013 is the 150th birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda. To celebrate this occasion HSS has organized a whole day Dharma And Yoga Fest on 9/21 in Norwalk. This is a whole day event with tracks on the four types of Yoga i.e. Raj Yoga, Gnan Yoga, Bhakti Yoga and Karma Yoga. In addition there will be a dedicated track for children shows. The program runs from 11am to 8pm followed by 2 hours of Garba. We are expecting over 5k visitors composed of both Indians and non-Indians with the common denominator of them following Dharma principles. Garba tickets are availabe at $10 for two in advance and $20 for two at the door.

 

We are also printing a Commemorative Booklet for this event. This will contain articles of Swami Vivekananda. You may be interested in advertising in this booklet. We also have booths available for selling and marketing. You may be interested in this as well.  Please do note that this is a non-profit event. Unlike other organizations which hold similar events we are not making any money from it. Over 100 volunteers have been working together for 6 months to put this event together with the sole goal of spreading the message of Swami Vivekananda.

Sorry my communication skills are at rest right now :). I had a very good day yesterday. I reached out to dentist Sheetal Gokhale she is interested in Souvenir ad and booth will get back to me with check soon. I also reached out to India Spice Bazaar here in Cupertino and convinced him to do a silver sponsorship. He will give me the check soon. I also met a guy who does Jagran at the temple he is interested in doing one forth page ad will give check and content soon.

I had been to PNG but Deepak was out so going there again tonight or tomorrow. I talked to a assistant at Lopa Shah's dental office will here from them tomorrow.

Girish is going to talk to my boss for a Gold sponser or larger tomorrow. Hopefully more good news to come soon.
