Few updates from yesterday's baithak

-- NO to Ice Cream , Snacks , Juice Booths as of now.

-- Restaurants if any , then 2000+ ppl with 1roti+Rice+subji +curry+side.

-- Somewhat everyone agreed Booth Price of $500 is expensive . So here is the suggestion. Decide smartly and make a deal.

   First option $500 ( Booth + 1 Business Card size Ad )

   Second option go for $400. 

   other option $600 ( Booth and Quarter Page Ad )

Today 1 lady felt ok for $850 for 2 booths.

Another lady was asking for $500 for 2 booths ( I told her , will keep you on Hold and I wont promise ). 

Meenakshi ji, you mentioned about one person wanted 2 booths for $900. Go ahead and give it. $100 difference here with $800 we can place business card Ad or take it as donation. or give it back to her.

For ppl who have already given $500. 

-- Tell them it was early bird pricing 

-- We can convince them that its a noble cause, and additional amount will be consider as donation

-- If not , Business Card Ad will be placed in Souvenir

-- or else we can make adjustment in price.

-- or else Dont even tell them :). 

Another Important 

We need to grab BIG ticket sponsorships. If you have any particular establishments in mind of Big Ticket like $2000+ then lets dedicate your resource on it. Ujjwala ji your key role here is important.

Any other Ideas pls contribute 

- Selling Banners at key locations at Event for $2500

- Hosting Dinner Fund raising for Event

- etc
