The DTI has listed at least 54 helmet brands which were issued ICC stickers from 2009-2012.
These brands are:

Starting August 1, LTO will go after motorcycle riders who are not wearing the standard helmet and those which does not bear an ICC sticker prescribed under Republic Act 10054.
Motorcycle drivers and their passengers are strictly required to wear the standard protective gear which should bear the ICC or the PS (Philippine Standards) mark.
The full-faced helmet, intended to promote the safety of the motorcycle driver and passenger, aims to reduce the incidence of motorcycle accidents.
