OK, I am new at using this inexpensive laser cutter and I am using LaserGRBL v2.8.52.  LaserGRBL does not give line cuts to a DXF or PNG file, so I decided to use DXF2Gcode to create the gCode to use for the laser cut. I thought I had a perfect solution, BUT when I send to laser that uses nano processor, I get different results. Any suggestions?  I am so close to getting what I need....

Thanks
John

Did you check the Wiki here?

You need to change the postprocessing I think ...

Hi!
Ok, I think you have some other problem.
I assume you have some kind of Woodpacker or similar control hardware.
You should check the eeprom setting for the machine, does the axes are correctly set in the control board and
does your motor steps are accurate to the measurement unit you use int he gcode.

When I bought my 2418 cnc mine was misaligned.
It was set up for 300 steps for a 1 mm walk but I have to use 800steps for 1mm distance.
So, I hade also an incorrect cutting, drilling situation...

Mybe that is also your case.
My best regards.
