some minor fixes

I just pushed a branch named "minor-fixes", containing a couple of
commits that fix minor problems with dxf2gcode that I noticed while
packaging it for Debian.

Please review and let me know if you want me to merge it to develop.

i just checked it and everything looks fine for me. I also worked on the same file to fix changes today. Can you please merge both topics together into the develop branch.

Great! I see your Windows 10 path changes in make_tr.py in develop, I
merged my minor-fixes branch into develop and it all went smoothly. :-)
