File Extensions in Linux

Hi.

I'm running dxf2gcode under Linux, often processing files from windows computers.  These files often have uppercase file extensions which are not recognised by dxf2gcode's open file dialogue, meaning that I have to select all files & search through the complete list of file in the directory.

I have created a patch for the 20170925 version to include both upper and lower case filenames in the open dialogue (attached).  The patch also includes updated translation files to match the change.

The patch works for me; please try it & add to the source repository if it works for you!
