"The competition consists of multiple tracks (with independent
winners). For the first time this year, each track will define a
specific use case under which the participating diagnostic algorithms
will be evaluated."

Does this mean entrants can choose to only compete in certain
problems?
More specifically, can we develop (1,2, or) 3 different solutions for
(a problem or) problems of our choice, or are we expected to have a
single solution which will be executed and tested for all three
problems?

Correct.

In the past we've allowed competitors to submit two diagnostic
algorithms. Even so, each DA can technically contain more than one
"solution". In a DA's config.xml file, competitors can specify per-
system arguments for each of their supported systems, meaning that the
same DA can behave completely differently when run on eg ADAPT vs
ADAPT-Lite.

Please contact a competition organizer directly if you plan to submit
more than two DAs.
