Parameter missing from Exp_1180

Experiment 1180, with fault BAT2 "AbruptParasiticLoad" is missing a
parameter. Please update the last part of line 1206 of
Exp_1180_pb_ADAPT-Lite.scn to say
..., parameters = { Resistance = '6' };
Note that table 4 in DXC10_IndustrialTrackDescription.pdf incorrectly
lists this parameter as delta resistance. For the parasitic load, this
should be the absolute value of the parasitic resistance.
