The examples directory should contain a file called ExampleRecoveryDA,
this DA shows how to query the oracle and send a recommendation.

Thanks -- am I correct in my understanding that the Oracle returns
RecoveryData, so its responses are only directly used in the ADAPT
problem (which involves recovery), not ADAPT-Lite (which does not)?

Oracle responses are also used in ADAPT-Lite, to determine whether or
not a fault should cause an abort. Here 'abort' is a recovery action
of sorts (it's also sent as a command, ID = 'system', value =
'abort').
