This took a while to track down -- in scenario Exp_1139_pb_ADAPT-Lite,
there is a single value for sensor IT240 at time 6922 that is an
outlier, but the scenario is a drift fault, so I believe this value is
not intended to be considered as an error.

This value throws off a couple of our calculations -- should we
consider this an extreme example of noise, or is this an actual error
in the scenario file?

Below are the values from the scenario file surrounding the one in
question:

@6735 IT240 = 17.116165556944907
@6813 IT240 = 17.147446353919804
@6922 IT240 = 20.260881003923714
@7016 IT240 = 17.116165556944907
@7125 IT240 = 17.08488475997001

You are correct, this value is not intended to be considered a fault.
These types of outliers may be present and are part of the noise in
the system. Rather than removing such outliers from the data, we have
decided to leave them in as "real-world" data. The diagnostic
algorithms should be robust to such noise to avoid an incorrect fault
declaration.
