For Exp 1174 in the DPI data, the fault listed is CB262 failed open.
This is the CB immediately before the inverter. My understanding is
that a failure of this CB will cut off power to the inverter and its
voltage and current should go to zero. The data shows that E265
actually increases slightly. It seems that CB266 is the correct fault
here (CB after the inverter) and not the CB262 fault. Is this correct?

Yes, you are right. The fault is in fact CB266. If you are testing
with the framework, you can edit the faultInjection message (line 614)
to say CB266 instead of CB262.

Just to clarify, that was line 614 of Exp_1174_pb_ADAPT-Lite.scn

It may be too late for this to matter, but we too noticed this and,
supposing the scenario file to be correct, assumed there was some
property of the inverter that allowed the voltage and current after it
to behave in the manner it does in the scenario even after having no
power. So our DA would identify this scenario (and others with
similar properties) as a CB262 StuckOpen, as in the scenario
descriptions.
