If your DA is NOT reporting the FaultTime parameter in seconds (using milliseconds instead for example), please let us know immediately. The Oracle expects the time to be in units of seconds and returns a response accordingly. If you are using milliseconds (or something else) the returned response might be incorrect.

I believe ours (AnitgenDX) reports in milliseconds. We can correct
that and re-submit, if that is acceptable.

Yes, please change the DA to report FaultTime in seconds and resubmit.
