If you are familiar with the DXC Framework, you have to write some wrapper code to interface your algorithm (an example is provided). We want to make sure everyone is able to set this up correctly. The "place holder" version is a version that does not necessarily have all the diagnosis functionality but is code that compiles and does not crash. At the time of final submission we will replace place holder with the final submission.

Hi,

In your web site page (http://dx-competition.org/ ) it is mentioned :
Deadline for submission of "place holder" version of diagnostic
algorithms, on the rubric "important dates". I would like to know what
do you denote?

Best regards

Hi,
I have registered successfully in the web sit page, It seems that it
only needs the DA name and email address necessarily. So where and how
to submit the wrapper code?

thanks.

Our team has the same question; specifically we were wondering whether
we should design a placeholder algorithm using last year's framework,
or whether a new version of the framework will be released before the
placeholder is due.

Hi Jeremy,

We will release the latest version of the framework on the website in a day or two. However it will not be significantly different from last year's framework (if different at all) and so if you are using last year's framework you should not encounter any issues when porting to this year's framework.
