Volunteers,
I have the following volunteers signed up for tomorrow’s Luminaria set up
4pm shift

8pm shift

If you aren’t on the list above, but plan on helping out tomorrow afternoon or evening, please send me an email and let me know what time you will be coming by.
Just a reminder that this week’s plan is a little different:
We need two sets of volunteers for the Luminaria
4pm-6pm: luminaria volunteers arrive to help with the lighting of the candles.
8pm-10pm: luminaria volunteers arrive to help with the extinguishing and removal of luminaria installation
All luminaria volunteers should report to INFO New Haven (1000 Chapel Street/corner of Chapel and College) and see Liz or me to sign in. Once you have arrived, we will give you your tools (lighter) and direct you to where you need to be.
Other reminders:
Dress appropriately: Hat, gloves, warm boots, wooly socks, long underwear, etc. I know last week was unseasonably warm, but it IS December! Better to wear layers and have to peel some off because it’s warm than to be shivering all night.
