here a simple question repeated to your staff in the last weeks (the 1^st email, 17 day ago):

“Hallo, my name is Ramon Colombo and I will be in Brighton for the event in object, this August (I’m making the Mastery University).

Could I have some info about the hotel?

Which one it is?

Must I booking from myself or not?

I don’t find any information on the website http://www.tonyrobbins.com, nether in the members area.

Waiting for an answer.

Etc etc”

 

I think it’s not so difficult write an answer.

 

So, it’s possible having some news from you or you are showing us a method to lose some customer??

 

Because other people (a large part of the Italian Group) are waiting some news from you and my feeling is that, without some answer in a short time, all our enthusiasm about Tony Robbins’ world could lessen. And it would be a pity, for you business and for our growth.

 

I made a lot of promotion about your events, thinking to participate to others in the future and I understand problems can happen but…

Oddio scherzavo::mi hanno (non le due grazie ma qlc altro) gentilmente detto che non si sposta nulla o perdo tutto..

e qui tutto benissimo..

Ma ho aperto questionario..ma veramente dobbiamo compilare foglio così per il corso?

con tutte le ns informazioni di carattere finanziario..uno screening che non ci fa neppure Monti (quasi in realtà e molto simile)

oddio ditemi qlc che sono sotto shock...

datemi un segno..poi magari lo dobbiamo mandare a loro..cosi vediamo come quelli con spalle finanziariamente grosse verranno improvvisamente

considerati..come per magia!!!

Ragazzi, ma veramente questi sono matti. Vogliono davvero prenderci 500€ per la traduzione? E perché non l'hanno pretesa anche per il DWD che fa parte dello stesso contratto? IO NON LA PAGO e l'ho già detto a Patty. O almeno proverò a non pagarla e spero che anche voi decidiate di opporvi a questo balzello!

Anche a noi  ci hanno richiesto la stessa somma per la traduzione anche se era già compresa nel prezzo del contratto fatto a Rimini. Non è nostra intenzione pagare una seconda volta.

è inconcepibile che ci chiedano ancora di pagare per la traduzione.... io sono d'accordo di rifiutarmi di pagare per il semplice fatto che a Rimini mi era stato detto che ovunque per la mastery University c'era la traduzione e nessuno ha mai parlato di un supplemento...

vi vedo volentieri a Brighton nel frattempo provo a tel a Franca per vedere un pò.

io purtroppo l'inglese non lo so così bene da capire l'intero corso....
