First of all I am thankful to you for your great idea about starting the campaign through this group for our knowledge enrichment about our SIKH CULTURE/ SIKH HISTORY and share the knowledge with each other.
As far as today's question i.e., Why Tis Hazari is called 'Tis Hazari' is concerned, In my openion Maanyog Jarnail Baba Baghel Singh ji stayed here with thirty thousand sant sipahiys at the time of morcha Delhi Fateh. Since then the place is named as Tis Hazari.

Sadh Sangat ji aap sabh nu Khalsa Srjuna Divas dian lakh-lakh vadaayian hoven ji.
Aaj de Subh Deharde, i was thinking, if we could start a campaign for our knowledge enrichment about our SIKH CULTURE/ SIKH HISTORY and related matters so that all of us become aware of our roots and share this knowledge with each other. We can make use of this forum for the same.
