A NEW BUS ROUTE HAS BEEN STARTED BY DTC FROM TODAY. DETAILS ARE GIVEN BELOW :
ROUTE NO. 768
FROM SECTOR 17 TO SAFDERJUNG TERMINAL
VIA : SECTOR 17,13,14,CHECK POST, 3/4 CROSSING, MADHU VIHAR, PALAM, VASANT GAON, RK PURAM SECTOR 8, SAROJANI NAGAR
FURTHER DETAILS REGARDING FREQUENCY ARE AWAITED.

We need more Routes to different locations from Sector 16/17/18/19 22/23 passing through most of the sectors.

Connectivity to that side via AIIMS and SAafdarjund was badly needed. This demand has been fulfilled. Hope, frequenty should be reasonable.

Its a good start and would benefit a number of dwarkites. But most of the buses connecting dwarka to other parts of delhi are from these sectors only. There are hardly any buses from the Sector 22-23 side. As a result these sector residents have to either use their own conveyance or take rickshaw from sec. 6-7 which is both time consuming and expensive. Please pay attention to the lack of buses from these sectors and bring sector 22-23 also on the DTC bus routes.

Dear Mr. Sushil,
Since last few days I am observing that on the Bus route 721 from
Manglapuri to ISBT only private buses are passing through intersection
sector 1/7/2/6 not a single DTC bus could be seen. whether DTC has
rerouted the DTC buses and only allowing private buses through this
1/2/6/7 crossing.

There is a very good shuttle service of DTC connecting Uttam Nagar to
Gurgaon. Frequencey is quite high and both Non-ac and AC buses are
available. This route will connect you to Sect - 9, 10,7,6 , 2 and
sector 1. From sector - 1 , buses for all over Delhi is available
easily.

Thanks for the information. This shuttle service will certainly provide some relief to my sector residents. However, it will not help the office goers as they have time constraints. Dwarka forum's efforts towards finding solution for various problems of dwarkites are really very appreciative.
