Sir,
A. I request you to furnish the following information under RTI Act, 2005:
1. Name and designation of the field staff deployed for Sector 6 Herbal Park near Post Office market.
2. Please inform the duty hours of the staff including Chowkidar (night watchman), if any.
3. Please furnish the record of attendance for the month of August of the staff deployed in the aforesaid park.
4. Whether uniforms have been issued for the field staff on park duty.
5. If so, inform the designation of the staff to whom the uniforms have been provided.
6. If not, action taken against the delinquent staff.
7. Whether the field staff wear the uniform, who is responsible to check the uniform.
8. Please inform the name and designation, official phone numbers and address of their officials from the level of section officer to the Director (Horticulture).
9. Kindly provide photos of the field staff so that they can be shared with the residents to identify the staff on duty even if not in uniform. I am ready to pay for the photos.
10. The employees who were assigned the duty to switch on and switch off walk-way (street) lights repaired recently in Sept.
11. Total number of lights made working with the date of their start last month.
12. The number of lights which are in working condition presently with the date of their inspection.
13. The lights were switched on from 20th Sept. 11 to 27th continuously and request to inform the names of the staff members who were responsible for the same.
14. Amount incurred on CFLs and other accessories fitted on the poles alongside the walk-way.
15. Whether the DDA will recover the loss from the faulty staff.
16. Whether the Horticulture Department is aware that the Amar Bal (vej csy) is fast spreading on the plants.
17. Steps to root-out the Amar Bale so that the plants are not adversely affected.

16. Please inform the diary number given to my mail dated 27.09.2011 sent to Chief Engineer, DDA, Manglapuri Project Office. (Copy enclosed).
18. Please inform the day to day movement of the above mail.
19. Whether two rain shades for this park have been approved, if so, present status in this regards.
LIGHTS BETWEEN DDA MARKET AND BACK LANE OF THE SOCIETIES
20. Whether the DDA is aware that most of the streetlights from Rudra Society, Sec. 6 from pole No. 42 to 30 between the societies and DDA post office market lane are not working for long time.
21. When all the street-lights will start working?
