That's BIG loss for Exchequer.. This in addition to the LOSS made during the Airport Metro Running. infact Govt should have claimed Compensation and Damage from Reliance.

DMRC have not responding on the issue of that HUGE Building at Corporate Park, Dwarka Sector 21, Near Dwarka sector 8 metro station, Sector 21, Dwarka, New Delhi, Delhi 110075,  is it still with RELIANCE or DMRC ?

Govt should APPEAL in higher COURT against Reliance...

However, its doubtful whether the MuD and Politicians will file APPEAL in such cases... Hope they do so.
