Dear Mr Choudhary,

Refer to appended mail, you had marked it to Mr Kohli which now has proved to be wrong. This error has led to a wastage of almost one year of time. I request you to see for immediate further necessary action so that no further time is lost.

It would be good if you could a priority sticker while marking it to an appropriate officer in CSIR.
