Dear Dwarka ResidentsI lodged complaint to LG Delhi that in Dwarka DDA-Water Wing (Office of EE/WD-13) has No System to Log Consumer Water Complaints.LG directed Chief Engineer Dwarka to Maintain Complaint Register.Chief Engineer Dwarka has issued office order No CE (Dwk) F 26 (1) /13/4749 Dated 13.09.2013“All Executive Engineers (Civil & Electrical) of Dwarka Zone, DDA are hereby directed to maintain a complaint register under the charge of Head Clerk in their division offices and also at Command Tanks/ Pump Houses (UGR) so that people can lodge their complaints in this register. EEs also to monitor the maintaining of complaints registers as above”I REQUEST DWARKA RESIDENT TO LODGE WATER RELATED COMPLAINTS AND NOTE DOWN DAIRY NUMBER/ DATE FOR FOLLOW UP WITH SUPERIOR OFFICERS. IN CASE COPLAINT REGISTER IS NOT PRODUCED WRITE TO CE DWARKA.Complaints Can be registered at1. Command Tanks2. Nearest Under Ground Reservoir (UGR) and Booster Pumping Station (BPS)3. Any OtherWE HAVE FINALZED THE PUBLIC INTEREST LITIGATION (PIL) ON INADEQUATE WATER SUPPLY IN DWARKABUT COULD NOT SUBMIT IN SUPREME COURT DUE TO NON AVAILABLITY OF DOCUMENTRY EVIDENCE THAT RESIDENTS MADE COMPLAITS TO AUTHORTIESNOW WE ARE COLLECTING THE EVIDENCES

Dear MaheshIf you can send me some documentry evidence showing DDA Water has written due to shortage of meter readers bill will be issued on flat rate.This will help me on PIL on water for Dwarka in supreme court.You log complaint for mixing ground water as "Pl collect water sample from our CGHS for testing, submit the report, we feel water supply by DDA is not confirming to IS 10500"
