2.    Nearest Under Ground Reservoir (UGR) and Booster Pumping Station (BPS)

WE HAVE FINALZED THE PUBLIC INTEREST LITIGATION (PIL) ON INADEQUATE WATER SUPPLY IN DWARKA

BUT COULD NOT SUBMIT IN SUPREME COURT DUE TO NON AVAILABLITY OF DOCUMENTRY EVIDENCE THAT RESIDENTS MADE COMPLAITS TO AUTHORTIES

NOW WE ARE COLLECTING THE EVIDENCES

Dear All,

Pilferage complaint has lodged with DDA. But DDA do not dare to lodge an FIR for water theft and damage being caused to public property in the form damage to the main water supply pipe line coming from Madhu Vihar.

Dear Mr. Malik,

 

There is no Log Book as on date in UGR at Sect-4, Secondly, all knows specially Residents of DDA Pocket that Bills are on the basis of Flat rate even if meters are installed. DDA says that they don't have manpower to get the reading done.

 

Most of us already know that Rates were enhanced w.e.f 1.4.2011 though DDA themselves have issued circular dated 21.6.2012 with out notifying to anybody. They are mixing Ground water and there plea is that they are charging DJB rates even though the water is untreated.

 

We are thankful that u have taken up the issue with LG.

Send letter/ E Mail to CE Dwarka informing No complaint Book kept at UGR Sec 4 giving reference of CE Office Order No & Date issued to all EEs.

Write your griveances in Complaint Register.

If all resident will log the complaints.

After some time we will ask copy of all Complaint Register through RTI and produce to Higher Officers/ Our MLA & MP/ Courts etc.

Let us start logging all complaints

If you can send me some documentry evidence showing DDA Water has written due to shortage of meter readers bill will be issued on flat rate.

This will help me on PIL on water for Dwarka in supreme court.

 

You log complaint for mixing ground water as "Pl collect water sample from our CGHS for testing, submit the report, we feel water supply by DDA is not confirming to IS 10500"

I lodged a Email complaint with CE, DDA (DWK) among others regarding water supply. CE Office responded that it has been sent to EE (13) for n.a.

E Mail complaints difficult to produce evidence when required in courts etc

Go and log your complaint in complaint register

You will know complaint registers are kept at UGRs & CTs

This register will create a data base of all complaints of that area

You can that data base through RTI & made accountabe to official for similar or reaccuring complaints

If you donot find complaint register write E Mail to CEng dwarka

Installed water meter detail of same consumer say

Installation report/ security deposit/ meter rent chatged/ meter number etc

To prove meter is installed but not used for issuing consumption bill
