State Commission directs District Consumer Forum, Gurgaon to decide my consumer complaint expeditiously.

State Commission, Haryana directs District Consumer Forum, Gurgaon to decide my consumer complaint expeditiously. 

Secretary, State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Haryana Panchkula has sent a letter dated 20.10.14 to the President, Distt. Consumer Forum, Gurgaon on my complaint to the State Commission. He has written that with reference to my request for speedy disposal of my complaint against Vatika Landbase (P) Ltd, Gurgaon fixed for 15.12.14 before the Distt. Forum, inefficient President of District Forum, Gurgaon. Secretary has written to the President, Distt. Forum, Gurgaon that the President of State Commission is pleased to direct you to decide the consumer complaint filed by me in accordance with the law expeditiously under intimation to the State Commission.  Copies of this letter have been sent to the Registrar, National Commission and Principal Secy. to Haryana Govt., Food Supply Department, Chandigarh, Haryana. 

 

On my complaint, Consumer Forum, Gurgaon had pre-poned hearing of my dated from 15.12.14 to 14.8.14 and now the case has been decided.  I sent complaint mentioning many objections in admitting my case, giving long dates and about the efficacy of the Distt. Consumer Forum, Gurgaon and my apprehension about getting justice timely, 

The decision in my case has been announced and I got the copy of order on 7.10.14.  The Consumer Forum has ordered to Company to give me interest @ 9% from the date of filling the case till the case has been decided/ issue of cheque.  I am not satisfied with this decision as my demand was for 18% as was awarded by the National Forum to Mr. Subhash C. Mahajan against Parsvnath Developer. I prayed interest from the date of payment made to the Company till date.
