Reg: Information under RTI.
DMRC is a proud institution of India as it has set new standards of professionalism not only for public sector but for private sector as well. It has to its credit timely & efficient completion of project bringing laurels to the whole country. This has only become possible due to visionary & strong leadership and professional work environment. At present it is providing best in class infrastructure to Delhites. Considering it our duty as a citizen of city we provided genuine feed-back & suggestions for further improving the quality level of services to help...@dmrc.org. But strangely response to these suggestions was received from Public Complaints Officer who unfortunately thought these are complaints could not understand the intent of matter hence did not give a thought thru response to it. Accordingly, we sent series of letters to your CMD, vide following reference numbers:
1. Letter no. SKG/DMRC/007 dated 20 Nov 2014,
2. Letter No. SKG/DMRC/008 dated 17 Dec 2014,
3. Letter No. SKG/DMRC/009 dated 1 Jan 2014,
4. Letter No. SKG/DMRC/010 dated 22 Jan 2015,
The letters were sent thru speed post as well as emailed to help...@dmrc.org & mdm...@hotmail.com. However, we still await to hear from you about any response to these. In this back ground, please provide following information under RTI to us:
I. Please provide e mail ID of GM & above level officers,
II. Please inform whether above referred letters have been received by you,
III. If yes to II above, whether letters have reached CMD?
IV. If yes to II above, from diary/marking please provide list of officers who all have, till date, dealt with these letters?
V. Whether suggestions are under consideration or are put at rest? Please provide the notings/remarks on these letters.

Reg: First Appeal under RTI.
We had sought certain information vide letter no. SKG/DMRC/011 dated 23 Feb 2015. Among others it sought:
“(V) Whether suggestions are under consideration or are put at rest? Please provide the notings/remarks on these letters?”
Grounds of Appeal: In response to second part of query DMRC vide letter no. 2015/DMRC/O&M/RTI/5783 dated 24 Mar 2015 has demanded Rs.12 for providing photocopy of notings. However, it appears that PIO missed to provide information with regard to first part of the query.
Appeal: Advise PIO to provide response to first part of the query – whether suggestions have been under consideration or have been set aside. If set aside what is the final decision.
Further, I hereby attach IPO no. 21F 205117 & 118 towards photocopy charges, please advise PIO to provide photocopy of notings as well while sending reply to unanswered query.
