Sir

I had visited Delhi Govt. Health centre at sector 17, Dwarka recently. It was around 11:45 AM. The people at registration was in hurry and asked me to come before 12:00, as registration counter will close at 12:00. When I asked why don't you put up a notice showing registration ends by 12:00, thee was only some justification for their statement. The only board shows that the timing is 8AM to 2PM. That also timing is rubbed so that it should not be easily visible to public.

My request is that is it correct that registration will end by 12:00. What about the remaining 2 Hrs?

Thanks,

Shajan Joseph

At sector 12 Delhi Dispensary, such practices are also adopted. They will not put any board as that can be challenged. When the dispensary timings are up to 2.00, there is no justification to stop registration at 12.00 and start objecting at 11.45 a.m.  I have seen that though the dispensary timings are up to 2.00 staff and doctors keep coming up to 9.00 a.m.

A complaint should be lodged to the Health Directorate, Delhi Govt. along with the fade up/ blurred or deleted timings on the boards of dispensaries for a surprise raid.

I noticed that at Sec. 10 dispensary, good medicines are given but the condition of the dispensary at sector 2 is disturbing.  A resident committee should visit all the dispensaries and the residents should share their experience with the different dispensaries,.  .

WHO IS GOING TO TAKE A LEAD FOR THE VISIT AND FILING THE RTI? I shall share some queries for filing the RTI.

Some rti s may be filed asking total staff strength, their leave record, copy from the attendance register as we often are told that so an so is on leave though the govt. does not give so much leave.  Some might sign afterwards..  .

A committee of prominent citizens should be formed and attached to each dispensary to day to day monitoring, Such a committee of beneficiaries is attached to the CGHS dispensary at Paalam crossing meant for the Central Govt employees residing agt Dwarkaites and nearby villagers.
