Sub: Disturbing calls.

 

After resolution of grievance filed at CPGRAM, a telephonic call is made through call center to take the feedback. I have attended many of such calls and don’t find these mechanical calls worth. Now I find these calls disturbing and in my view does not serve any purpose. At present, the system does not give any option in these calls. Therefore, DOPT may please activate option of DND.
