Dear Team,
Following issues may please be addressed:
1. The portal has stopped sending email confirmation of grievance resolution,
2. Immediate after resolution a call is made to registered mobile number by the department to obtain feedback. I don’t want to attend such calls, so please add one tab to mark DND and
In the dash board there is no sorting option to see recently resolved grievances. So it is not feasible to search the latest resolution, please add suitable option.
