An RTI was filed to know about the working of Listening Post grievance. The same is attached. 

I am just taking one case with ID No. 20151464. The case status shows over by DDA as per status dated 14.8.15. 
The same case status says SHO Sagarpur has been informed for removal of kiosk dated 21.7.15.

If this way cases are being disposed of by Listening Post, it is better to close down the portal.

The info sought very much within AMBIT of definition under Section 2(f) of RTIA 2005.
The PIO at LG Office is HABITUAL of denying information
The PIO also failed to reply point by point
The File Noting and other details not provided- set how casual grievance handling even in LG Office which is claim as the Govt of Delhi.
The PIO also denied the ifnormation on action taken as per norms alleged dereliction of duty and insubordination - defying orders of superior officer

Who is looking after the definitions here???  the Listening Post is only to forward the mails - its a postmaster basically.  They do not want to know what happens after they have forwarded  - whether they have fwd to the  right or wrong person.!!  Its such a waste of time.

They have created so many emails - without fixing any responsibility or timelines.  It is just taxing the person who complaints.  We have to keep following up.  Why cant the LP be made responsible to deliver the final result to the complainant, within a specified time.?  LP should be the one point contact..rather than just forwarding agent.!!!!

Unfortunately this is the reality what you have expressed.This is directly linked with the attitude of the people employed there.Can you believe many people are not happy in the ministry only bcz they have have to come office on time these days.Govt may have good intention while coming up with these mechanism but the response of people executing it is pathetic.
Dont know how to describe but only suggestion is to  keep writing about.

Coming to work on Time - is a HUGE  thing for these Government employees.  The private sector has/ have been slogging their butt out, working extremely hard to EARN THEIR living - in actual terms - and pay huge taxes to the Government - who inturn (after the 6th pay commission) pay huge salaries to these incompetent employees. 

One thing it goes to prove is -  we have the rules & laws in place - Where we lack is the strict implementations.  Once you enforce the rules - whether cut on their leaves or salaries - its starts pinching - and people follow.  Which is what is happening now.  How come all are reporting on time now?  IT is a very normal thing to report to office on time - But this had to be imposed.!!!  Need some discipline in life.!!!

WE have multi million things in life - not just to keep following on ONE OR TWO complaints.  Here also - make one authority responsible - If they dont resolve the complaint - then penalize them - deduct his salary. Things will work.   YOU HAVE TO ENFORCE IT...

I am keeping on. As it is mentioned that cases are reopened.
But the more I write on an issue more information is being received. All these information clearly shows how reality of corruption is being concealed by officers of various Departments.

The attitude of Govt employees will only change if there is an ACCOUNTABILITY at each level. Numerous Law/Rule/ACT/Notificaiton/Order/Circular exist for Public but when it comes these Babus there RULES/ACTS/Notificaiton/Order/Circular remain on paper.

My RTI to LG Office dated June still not replied

and just now I received this email from LG Listening post (PLEASE DONT LAUGH) These jokers sitting in these offices with our hard earn sweat.
Recently another incident when Mr. Diwan Singh sent some letters to LG  the Registry REFUSED to give acknowledgement..

  • Please provide certified copies of the List of documents as identified Transparency officer in LG Office qualify u/s 4 of RTIA 2005 to be published or will be publishing in LG Office website.

​Attaching copy of letter addressed to Hon'ble LG with expectation that action will be taken / initiated.
Don't get surprised with the status report of various dates. 
But surely Reji's word ACCOUNTABILITY​ is completely missing as can be seen from the response.
The phone number of SE HQ, DDA given is 25055204 never respond. complaint lodged with MTNL with Comp. No. 1259 today itself.
