Sir,
Three plans:
1. Identification and assessment. Increasing the bins in such areas.
2. Increasing the frequency of collection.
3. To create cabin/hall/rooms at the identified locations (as in other parts of city) in order to protect the garbage from flying all over in windy and specially during rains.
My fellow dwarka citizens may contribute their thoughts.

Dear all concerned,
It has been observed that the capacity of garbage collection bins kept near Naval technical CGHS is less and it is leading to overflow of the garbage.
Moreover, the garbage collection truck takes away the garbage leaving the corner (actually footpath) in mess and the bins on the narrow service road.

How can this messy condition be improved in this summer and the concerned authorities be sensitized.
