As mentioned below meeting was held in Seema Apartment where Representative from all societies od surrounding area like Ashoka,IDC attended the meeting.

Area councillor Mrs Shashi Tomar also present in the meeting.Mr Ghlot could not attend as he was out of station.

Number of representatives from Dwarka Forum also attended the meeting Including Sushil Kumar,M K Gupta,Anil Rajput.

People raised various issues like garbage,water supply,presence of police,Weekly Market,Cleaning of Ridge area in front of Apartment and open drainage near Lal Bahadur Institute of Management.

Following decisions were made

1.Mrs Tomar will ensure the cleanness of the area and will visit on regular basis.

2.An application from each societies will be obtained to have a vegetable market once in a week.

3.For police presence ACP was approached and a memorandum wil be submitted to him for allocation of staff.

4.Mr Rajesh Gehlot will be requested to follow up with DDA for covering of drainage and cleaning of DDA park which is creating lots of nu-sense to the residents.

DF assures you a proper follow up of the same.
