The new extended timings from 8 AM to 8 PM.

( Booking of Regd./ Speed Post, UPC and Postage stamps etc. for extended hours)

 

-Pick-up Mail Scheme:- Under this scheme public can purchase stamps from area postman, give him ordinary letters for despatch as also book Speed Post Articles.

 

 

-P.O. Mobile Van Schedule:

There is long que for services in this post office.

Only one counter.. There is dire need for FULL Fledged Post Office serving to all sectors.

I understand that a big plot behind Post office of Sector 6 Local Shopping Centre stands allotted for Post Office buidling. We must write to Sr. PMG Delhi Circle to take urgent steps to get the construction started. Menwhile there should be more staff by having two Speed Post counters which should cater to the needs of customers for other items like selling Indian Postal Orders. Now one man attends to a number of items that include sale of IPOs upto 1400 hrs only. Among the three Front Desk men, one in the middle sells only postal stamps and envelopes and not IPOs.

A representation from the President of Dwarka Forum must go to the Sr. Post Master General, Delhi Circle, Jhandewalan with a copy to Sr. Superintendent Post offices, Naraina under whose jurisdiction Dwarka P.O. falls.
